We typically work with L/C (Letter of Credit), T/T (Telegraphic Transfer), and D/P (Documents against Payment). For new clients, we usually require a 30% deposit with the balance paid before shipment. Long-term partners may enjoy more flexible payment terms.

Shipping times vary depending on the destination. Typically, shipping to other Asian countries takes 1-2 weeks, to Europe 3-4 weeks, and to the Americas 4-6 weeks. We work with reliable shipping partners to ensure timely delivery.

Yes, we provide samples for most products. Sample costs and shipping fees are charged, but these can be deducted from your bulk order value when confirmed.
